The Northeast region of Thailand is mainly a rural area. Part of the population is forced to migrate temporarily to cities looking for a job and often leaving behind them fragmented families. Close to the town of Nachuak, Mom Tik, an English teacher, opens the doors of her house to the neighborhood children. She gives them the opportunity to learn languages through an international volunteering project. In order to bring different cultures closer, volunteers collaborate also in the schools of the area.
